Client Success solutions engineers are based out of our offices in Charlottesville, New York, London, and Hong Kong. As such, the Client Success team has availability during standard working hours for EST, GMT, and HKT.

Proof of concept

If you're interested in how Finsemble can solve your business problems, you can contract the Client Success team to work with your team to build a proof of concept. We will embed solutions engineers for a two week sprint to:

  • Provide training on Finsemble's core concepts
  • Demonstrate examples and current Finsemble integrations
  • Appropriately scope a time-bound proof of concept
  • Deliver a demoable smart desktop

Continuing support

All of our clients benefit from a rapid triage of defects and issue reporting throughout the length of their contract. For the first several months of your project, you will work closely with solutions engineers to ensure that your team has the tools they need for success. Robust documentation, training materials, and recipes are provided to further support your team.

A premium service agreement for continuing close support is possible. Reach out to our Client Success team to discuss the level of support that would be the most appropriate for your needs.
